Pain Management

Pain is my jam - and its something a lot of people deal with on a daily basis, accepting it as part of their everyday life. It shouldn't be!!! I am fascinated by pain pathways and the body's ability to overcome even the most debilitating and long term pain given the appropriate input. I have seen remarkable change in a short amount of time with very simple interventions. Let's see what I can suggest for you.

There is so much to be gained from working with this population. I often find that the medical system doesn't have enough time to dedicate to this wonderful group and learn what they have to offer. Pain management, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations are common concerns among this group and I look forward to troubleshooting to find viable options for improving quality of life!
